3. Should the customer engage in any Forbidden Activity, POW reserves the right to terminate the POW Pass service. In the event of any termination subsequent to forbidden activity by the customer, this will result in forfeiture of the POW Pass service fee paid.

4. In the event POW exercises it’s right to terminate for any reason other than Forbidden Activity or Breach of Terms & Conditions, POW shall refund 100% of the service fee paid.
