We aim to provide our members with the best experience possible. In the event of a charge for a subscription, we understand that things may not always go as planned. That's why we have created the following refund policy to address such situations.

Automatic Charge Cancellation:

If a member requests to cancel their subscription after being automatically charged, they are entitled to a refund minus a £50 administration charge. This refund will be processed within 5 days of the cancellation request.

Contestation of Charge:

In the event of an automatic charge, members have 14 days to contest the charge. If a member does not contest the charge within 14 days, they will not be eligible for a refund.
